NANAIMO – As the top of the 12 months approaches, the housing market is winding down.
In October, 73 single-family properties bought in Nanaimo, a 27 per cent lower from one 12 months in the past and down 39 per cent from August.
Energetic listings of single-family properties on the Mid-Island almost tripled from October 2021, leaping to 1,360, however dipped by 4 per cent from September.
The typical sale worth of single-family residential models in Nanaimo continues to say no. October noticed a median sale worth of $801,475, an 11 per cent lower from final 12 months.
