A housing scheme proposed for a Leicestershire village have taken a step nearer following the sale of land to a property developer.
About 4 acres off Maplewell Street in Woodhouse Eaves has been bought to JK Land Ltd by a non-public landowner, who was represented by property marketing consultant Fisher German.
The landowner has been working with Fisher German on selling the land for housing since 2016, throughout which era planning permission has been secured for as much as 36 properties by the purchaser.
It’s supposed that 40 per cent of the venture be allotted as reasonably priced.
